We want you to be delighted with your order.
If for any reason you are unhappy please return the goods with all the original
packaging, unused and in original condition with any accessories and any
supplied free gifts within 7 days of delivery. A refund will be made to
your credit / debit card.
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive in a damaged condition, or
there is an item missing please contact us immediately.
If your product develops a fault within 28 days of receipt, we will arrange
to exchange or refund the cost of your goods. This does not apply to faults
caused by accident, neglect or misuse (for which there can be no exchange
or refund). If your product develops a fault after 28 days please contact
us, we will send your product to the manufacturer for investigation and
where the fault is found to be due to a failure in the product we will arrange
an exchange or refund.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.
